The Antique Shop can be accessed as part of the end-game quests. Once you have reached 100% Book completion and obtained the recipe for Mysterious Engine, you can enter the city on City Island. You will quickly find the Antique shop. Speak to the old woman to Buy and Sell items.

Most items will sell for 1 dollar. The following are items that sell for more than 1 dollar
Cameras are very easy to obtain. The best way to earn money would be to make a lot of Strong Fish Nets and do mass collections of Cameras. They are very common, and using a Boomerang, you can obtain around 10-30 Cameras for 30 strong fish nets.
